Larry concentrates
in the areas of business, estate, and personal tax and financial planning,
real estate development, and not-for-profit organization accounting and
consulting. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Citizens National
Bank, is immediate past Chairman of the Baltimore/Washington Corridor Chamber Foundation
Board of Directors, is a board member of the Laurel Regional Hospital and
Chairman of the Board of Directors of its Foundation,
was past Chairman of the Board of the Baltimore/Washington Corridor Chamber,
and is an active member of the Howard County Chamber of Commerce, Maryland
Association of Certified Public Accountants and the Baltimore Association
for Financial Planning.
Larry graduated
from the University of Maryland. He lives in Clarksville with his wife
Barbara and three children. Larry is an avid sports fan, particularly Orioles
baseball, Ravens football and Terps basketball. He enjoys collecting baseball
and sports memorabilia.

Kathy has extensive
experience in the fields of real estate development, construction,
not-for-profit organizations, professional
associations, healthcare, manufacturing and distribution companies, auditing, business
and personal tax and financial planning. She joined the firm in 1983, and was
admitted as a partner in 1987.
She is licensed as a Certified Public
Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accounts and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants.
She
is a member of the Board of Directors
of the Baltimore/Washington Corridor Chamber and the Maryland Association of Certified Public
Accountants Peer Review Committee.
Kathy graduated
from Towson State University. She lives in Laurel with her husband John.
Kathy is an avid sports participator. She loves skiing, biking and racquetball.
